Waterloo 200: on the battlefield

More images from the incredible Battle of Waterloo bicentenary reenactment in Belgium, which took place over two days and involved over 6,000 reenactors, 330 horses, 120 cannon and 2,600kg of gunpowder, and was watched by some 200,000 spectators. Pictured here, scenes from the battlefield during the second reenactment, ‘the Allied counterattack’ (Saturday 20 June 2015). © Rudolf Abraham
